Submit a Help Desk Ticket


This help desk ticket system and all the text you enter is accessible to a range of personnel including help desk technicians, managers running reports, and programmers addressing reported issues. As such you should NOT ever enter personal or confidential information. Do not enter passwords or personally identifiable information (PII) other than your contact information and issue required to address the problem.
For trouble registering, missing/unknown Student IDs or new Student ID requests, contact the AFCEC Reachback Center (AFCEC.RBC@us.af.mil) or call DSN: 523-6995 or COMM: 850-283-6995. Allow 3-5 business days for response. Do NOT send multiple requests.
